Rajwinder Kaur, Owner, Raji Sandhu’s Jugni Collections talks about her trailblazing journey, 2020 wedding trends, and lots more
Hailing her roots from Qadian, Gurdaspur, Rajwinder Kaur had an unflinching passion for fashion designing since a very young age, and as she grew up, she decided to convert her passion into her profession by laying the foundation stone of Raji Sandhu’s Jugni Collections.
“Fashion has always been a huge part of my life and I feel blessed that I have been able to venture into this industry with my hard work and dedication,” shares Kaur who is married to an IT businessman from Mohali. The duo is blessed with a wonderful son.
“By the grace of God, my journey has been a great learning experience. I have worked with clients from across the globe and of all age groups for whom I have made different types of outfits ranging from bridal and casual to traditional and contemporary,” affirms Kaur who holds her expertise in designing myriad styles of outfits. What sparked your interest in fashion designing?
I have always loved getting dressed up and choosing outfits for my mom, dad and my sisters. I think a lot of it comes naturally to me.
What fascinated you the most about fashion designing that you decided to make a career out of it?
Fashion has always fascinated me. Ever since a very young age, I have received encomium remarks for my dressing sense, which eventually gave a whole new meaning to my passion for taking up fashion designing as a profession.
