When food and fragrances collaborate

3003BC in collaboration with Andaz Delhi and Hapusa Gin organized an exciting evening of bespoke flavours curated with the fragrance ingredients of India’s first wedding range of perfumes ‘SAA.’ The range celebrates Indian weddings and post wedding rituals and is formulated by using Indian ingredients like sandalwood, jasmine, almond, Camphor, marigold, chempaka, nagarmotha and more in their creations. The components of the sit-down dinner were customized building on the same ingredients found in the SAA range of the brand. The rare collaboration of fragrance with F&B turned out to be a major success and the attendees were thrilled to be a part of the event.

The 5-course food menu curated by Chef Akshay Bhardwaj from Andaz Aerocity was an indulgent delight prepared with utmost consideration of the ingredients of the perfumery and the results were nothing less than flavourful reminiscent of the fragrances.
