  1. When did you start with Blues Bakers and what was your vision behind it?

A journey that started way back in 2007, wherein we chose to break all barriers as far as quality and hygiene were concerned, sticks to its ground rules of providing nothing but the best to the customers till date. Our vision before starting this venture remained getting to the city what hasn’t been seen before, tasted before or experienced in their lifetime. Imparting international standards of goodies to the town was always what we focused our aim at.

  • How has Blues Bakers evolved people’s point of view towards baked goods in Amritsar?

A traditional mindset of the people needed to see that baked goods were a lot more than just bun muskas and rolls filled with creams. There was and is a lot more to that when it came to items served at a bakery. We today serve an array of butter cookies, croissants, lavashes, breads of a wide variety and so much more that matches the international standard of baked goods untouched by other bakers in our town and for that matter the state of Punjab.
