About the Group: Metro Developers was started in the year 2010 and ever since then, they have successfully delivered four projects in the north region. The group caters to providing good quality properties at pocket friendly prices, which starts from 25 lacs. Their latest project Metro Trade Center is seen to be the talk of the town for its strategic location, affordable prices, and state-of-the-art services.
How would you define your experience of working in real estate? How did it all start?
Words will never be able to explain how good the experience has been for me in the real estate industry. With a few lessons learnt and a huge amount of successes in this field, it feels like it has been a complete joyride for me in toto. Our whole business started with plotting and then it got extended to major projects in the Tricity, especially in Zirakpur.
I entered this field over a decade ago, and it still feels as surreal as it was at the onset. The journey has been an inexplicable one with some major projects that kept falling in our kitty, which we completed and delivered with promptness & perfection.
What has been your success mantra for all this while?
I strongly believe in the cliché that slow and steady wins the race. It has been an integral part of my career in real estate wherein perseverance was the need of the hour. It seems to be all roses, but it has taken me more than a decade to be where I am. The ease of our project delivery has been solely because I took each step slowly and very carefully. I firmly believe that the falls only teaches you not to quit and quell. This is what we exactly stuck to through the entire journey. Success, on the other hand, also comes with hard work and effort put into your work each day, and we truly did the same.
