Can you share your journey to becoming the COO of Think Strawberries, highlighting key milestones?
Every chapter of my professional voyage in the travel sector has been a rich learning experience. Throughout these years, I’ve navigated through various domains including the hotel industry, airlines, cruise liners, travel technology, and market representation. While each opportunity holds significance for me, the pinnacle of my journey undoubtedly lies with Think Strawberries! When we embarked on this venture in 2010, we were among the first in the market of representation. The progress we’ve made in the past 14 years is a testament to the success we’ve achieved.
One of the most significant milestones of my journey is in bringing corporate principles and cross industry best practice to the business of Travel Representation.
As a woman in a leadership role, how do you prioritize gender diversity and empowerment within your organization?
At Think Strawberries, we cultivate an environment of respect and inclusivity where every individual’s input is respected and appreciated irrespective of their gender. However, the safety concerns of our female workforce remain our top priority.
In my capacity as a woman in the leadership position, my goal is to establish a workplace that fosters equality and enables every employee to make significant contributions to the organization’s overall success.
