Whether it’s managing a hotel, running a restaurant, or organizing events, there is always something new and exciting happening, presenting fresh challenges.
As a woman entrepreneur, what challenges have you faced in the male-dominated hospitality sector?
When there are fewer women in leadership roles within the hospitality sector, it can be challenging for aspiring female entrepreneurs to find role models or examples to follow. Thus, creating our own version of a role model becomes even more daunting.
