As a woman entrepreneur in the jewelry industry, what challenges did you face and overcome?
Being a woman in the jewelry industry, comes with its own set of challenges, primarily in breaking through the traditional patriarchal structures. Initially, it was difficult to gain acceptance and credibility in a male-dominated industry. However, with perseverance, dedication, and demonstrating expertise in the craft, I was able to overcome these barriers. Additionally, managing stereotypes and biases has been a constant challenge, but by consistently delivering quality products and exceptional service, I’ve earned the respect of my peers and customers alike.
A woman who has been your inspiration in your journey till now?
My mother has been my greatest inspiration. She instilled in me the values of hard work, resilience, and determination from a young age. Her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering support have been the driving force behind my journey in the jewelry business.
