About Him: A true entrepreneur at heart, Gaurav Kansal had a penchant for the real estate sector ever since childhood and as destiny would have it, he grew up to join his father’s business real estate endeavor, the KBP group. Ever since then, Gaurav has been efficiently spearheading the Sales department of the KBP group. With a proficient experience of about two decades in this business, Gaurav has converted the dreams of owing a house of over 500 families into a reality.
About the Group: The flourishing journey of the KBP group was started about three decades ago when the visionary entrepreneur Mr. P. D. Gupta (Managing Director) took the plunge to venture into the real estate sector and ever since then, there has been no turning back. How would you define your experience of working in the real estate sector? How did it all start?
I wanted to work in the real sector ever since childhood, as I find it to be really contending to help people convert their dream of owning a home into a reality. So, as I grew up, I just followed my inner calling.
And well, the journey has been a beautiful one, something that I will cherish even when I no longer remain a part of it. What I love the most about the real estate sector is that it is full of new challenges disguised as opportunities to do something better. You just can’t consider yourself best as you get to learn from everyone, at every point of life. It’s been long since I am into this domain and I love every bit of it. I am still honing the tactics and demeanor of being here.
What has been your success mantra for all this while?
My success mantra has been all about doing good and staying true to my ethics and principles. Success does not come overnight; it is a consequence of relentless hard work and efforts. So, I always strive to put my best foot forward and never give up!
