What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to quality, innovative designs, and exceptional customer service. Being family jewellers, their focus has been to create a relationship with their clients that extends beyond the professional level and ensures maximum comfort and satisfaction. In conversation with Urban Melange, Pankaj Khurana tells us about their story and how they brought diamond and polki jewellery to the region and have continually adapted to market trends while maintaining their traditional craftsmanship.
Tell us about the journey of Khurana Jewellery House from its inception to now.
Khurana Jewellery House began 74 years ago, founded by Shri Uttam Chand Ji Khurana in a small shop in Guru Bazaar, Amritsar. My father, Mr. Charanjit Khurana, joined him and played a pivotal role in our growth. My brother, Munish Khurana, and I joined early on, contributing to our expansion. We were pioneers in moving to Mall Road, now a jewellery hub, and introducing diamonds to the local market. Our dedication to quality and innovation has won us over 42 national awards and recognition at international shows like the Sharjah Watch and Jewellery Show. Today, we continue our legacy with plans to expand further in Punjab, including a new showroom in Ludhiana.
What are the core values that guide KJH’s craftsmanship?
At Khurana Jewellery House, our core values are excellent craftsmanship, authenticity, and customer satisfaction. We strive to create timeless pieces with meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring each piece is hallmarked and certified. Our commitment to quality and integrity has been the foundation of our business for generations.
