One of our key initiatives is our collaboration with esteemed financial institutions like HDFC, SBI, ICICI, IDBI, among others. This strategic partnership allows us to obtain master legal approval (APF) for our projects, streamlining the loan approval process for our customers. By leveraging the recognition and trust of these banks, customers need to only submit their necessary documents for the loan to be approved, enhancing their convenience and confidence.
Moreover, before launching any project, we ensure that it is approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) as per government regulations. This ensures that our developments adhere to the necessary standards and comply with all applicable laws, offering our customers the assurance of investing in a legally compliant and secure property.
