For four decades, AK Construction has been a part of prestigious projects across a multitude of verticals – Residential, Commercial, Industrial, IT projects across North India. Founded in 1972 the pillars of success were laid by my father Mr. A. K. Malik.
Carrying forward this legacy with my partner Ashish SATIJA, a renowned businessman who brings in his rich business acumen, we formed AN Builders with a common vision to build responsible real estate & buildings that blend in nature and innovations beautifully.
Q. You deal in both residential and industrial real estate markets, how is the consumer’s mindset different in both the sector?
Looking at the residential market trend post covid, millennials remain the largest buyers in 2022 in the real estate industry. We understand their need for optimised homes that cater to their well-being, such as spaces for meditating, workout areas, designer kitchens, safety, and an eco-friendly environment. All our new age residential projects like Sivanta Greens & Sivanta Residency are designed to accommodate our end user’s lifestyle and values.
