What is that one thing about the real estate industry that excites you the most and inspires you to work hard every day?
The real estate industry as a whole excites me a lot. It is like a special occasion or a festival for me – something that is always on my mind!
After delivering one of the most famous successful projects in the region – Homeland Heights, I constantly strive to take our group a notch higher with every new endeavour. I firmly believe that in order to grow in life, it is essential to have a Guru who you can look up to. Hence, I look up to prominent builders across the globe like Ritz-Carlton Residences, Mariott, and Hyatt Residences. If I must speak for Indian builders, I believe that the Lodha Group and Oberoi Realty really inspires me a lot. I want to be the Oberoi of Punjab – a group that caters to the niche segment by providing the best of the best facilities. Our first project, Homeland Heights has garnered a lot of love and attention from the likes of Punjabi celebrities, renowned industrialists, and entrepreneurs who consider Homeland Heights to be synonymous with opulence. We have not only made a mark in the region but have also become established amongst the Punjabi diaspora abroad which is majorly settled in USA, Canada, and Australia.
So, in a nutshell, I would say that setting new benchmarks and putting my best foot forward with each passing day is what inspires me to work hard.
