Q: What inspired you to start Barqat Cuisines?
Barqat Cuisines was actually started by my father. However, I have always had a deep passion for cooking, ever since my childhood. So, when the opportunity came to expand the family business, it felt like a natural fit for me. Now, my goal is to take Barqat Cuisines to new heights and continue to grow what my father began.
Q: How do you ensure a unique dining experience at your events?
Our team pays attention to every detail, both big and small. We make sure that every element, from the quality of ingredients to hygiene and presentation, is handled with care. We believe it’s the little things that can make or break an event, so we’re meticulous about how we handle everything to ensure the guests have a memorable experience.
Q: What are the challenges of catering for large-scale events?
Large-scale events can be challenging, but if everything is lined up with precision and perfection, those challenges become much easier to manage. It’s all about having a well-organized system in place, and when the business is running smoothly, those challenges are minimized.
