“When I joined the company, I represented myself as an employee while dealing with people and according to my father this was the best way to understand in and out of this business field. For me, success is both a journey and the destination, and I still believe that I have miles to go to reach the destination. It is a perfect mix of failures, lessons learnt and the way forward. The first step towards being a successful businessman is to conceive the plan, believe in it and take steps to achieve it. According to me hard work, dedication and innovation if applied correctly are the major stepping stones towards success. I treat my business as my passion and enjoy every moment at my work place which motivates me to do better each day,” shares Himanshu.
Transparency is the key
He firmly believes that the business should be system driven and not personal driven. “Transparency in all the activities in an organization and monitoring those activities daily is an important factor for smooth working. I don’t work for money or rewards I work on growth of the company which eventually leads to rewards. In business one is bound to make mistakes, but the trick is to learn from those mistakes and never allow repeating them. Also, one should always keep an eye on cheques and balances shows the sustainability of business,” advices Himanshu.
