Mr. Dilsher Sukhija credits his education of a hons. degree in Hotel management from IHM Aurangabad, run by the Taj group of hotels, and University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. His work experience ranges from working as a hotel consultant in Delhi to leading hotel chain, Taj for instilling the skills to back his vision of making Hotel Icon a preferred brand in boutique hotels, and its restaurants a preferred dining space across the country.
Renowned for his excellent expertise & experience in hosting large-scale events, food caterings and fashion shows, Mr. Dilsher has various accolades under his belt; including Times food awards multiple times for best oriental restaurant, restaurateur of the year, 2018 along with the best restaurant, best north Indian cuisine and best Oriental cuisine for his outlets by Times Food & Nightlife Awards. Recently, another feather was added to his hat when he was awarded by the Governor and Hon’ble Home Minister for innovating in the field of hospitality, held by the Ministry of Tourism and Chambers, India.
