Mutual trust forms the foundation of a relationship and is the secret behind a joyous and fulfilling relationship. But, bad past experiences often make us cautious to open up and trust anyone. We tend to put up barriers around ourselves in order to protect us from further hurt and lack faith in anybody. Because of this past baggage, we tend to sabotage what we have in our hand and hold ourselves back from a bright future. In such a scenario, trusting again can take time but it isn’t an impossible task. Trust can be rebuilt if we follow these suggestions.
