Tell us something about your journey as a second generation entrepreneur?
The second generation entrepreneurs must enter their workspace with humility and the desire to learn. It’s important to remember that the space they enter is already functional and things operate a certain way. Certain ways may be right and certain have a scope for improvement. Take time in learning from the existing ways and then find better ways to do them if possible. Also, never put forward your point of view without a background research and a complete view of the industry.
What was the idea behind starting your new brand “Chandigarh Citi Center”?
Out of the many developed cities in Punjab, Chandigarh has forged ahead in terms of quality of life- both personal & professional. A prime location which is in great demand today, within the vicinity of Chandigarh is Zirakpur. It has witnessed rapid growth in the real estate market. Zirakpur has a green belt of over 100 acres and most residential projects in Zirakpur have ensured that they are surrounded by greenery. Zirakpur also scores the low operational cost and labor, making it perfect and preferred choice for most of the businesses. All the above factors have contributed towards the making of Zirakpur a hot city for investment on Commercial Front.
