Walk us through the journey of Promenade. How did it all start?
Satnam: We laid the foundation stone of Promenade about two and a half years ago with the vision to revamp the shopping arena in Zirakpur and the adjacent areas. We firmly believe that the PM road, Sector-5 Zirakpur was in dire need of a thriving retail epicentre that has the ability to meet the demands of the millennial buyers, and that’s how the journey of Promenade started. It is a development that is conceived keeping the contemporary view in mind.
What makes it different from other commercial properties?
Satnam: While Promenade’s strategic location is a key feature of the project, its architectural masterwork is another note worthy benefit of the project.
