For Karan Bajwa, Managing Director, Shemrock & Oakfields Group of Schools, sky is the only limit
What started with a solemn pledge to make the world a better place to live in, eventually led Karan Bajwa to lay the foundation stone of Shemrock & Oakfields Group of Schools and ever since then, there has been no turning back. He has curated a learning environment which instills moral values and respect in the heart and soul of every child. Here’s more about his trailblazing journey
What was your inspiration while laying the foundation stone of your educational institution? What differentiates it from the rest?
I wanted to create a school where kids would love to come, where we give them respect and discipline at the same time. We at Shemrock, are providing overall development by exploring children to all aspects of education. Education is not only teaching subjects but to teach them co-curricular and give ample time for sports. We are running programs like STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths), a unique kind of lab is set up which is called Number Nagar which gives one practical period in Science & Maths once a week to all the kids. We are running an early morning sports academy, zero period, games period, and evening sports academy.
