Built on a foundation of integrity, innovation and long-term vision, Lohia Global represents a multi-generational journey of Indian enterprise. For Vineet Lohia and his sons, Ayush Lohia and Piyush Lohia, the brand is not just a business legacy, but a shared responsibility shaped by trust, resilience and future-focused growth.
Mr. Lohia, what inspired the foundation of Lohia Global?
Lohia Global was built on the belief that Indian manufacturing has the potential to compete with the best in the world. The foundation was laid with a vision to create businesses that are future-focused, value-driven and meaningful in their contribution to society. The inspiration came from the opportunity to build something sustainable for future generations while creating employment, innovation and domestic excellence in India. Over the years, that vision has expanded into newer sectors, but the core purpose remains the same — to build ethically, contribute to the country’s growth and create long-term value.
Ayush and Piyush, what was it like growing up around the family business?
Growing up around the business was a learning experience in itself. Business was almost like the “fourth family member” in the Lohia household, with dinner-table conversations often revolving around operations, ethics, responsibility and long-term vision. From an early age, we saw the discipline, commitment and sacrifices that go into building an organisation from the ground up. More than numbers and growth, we learned the importance of relationships, trust and resilience. Watching our father’s work ethic closely gave us a grounded perspective and instilled in us a natural sense of responsibility towards the brand’s future.
What values have remained constant across generations at Lohia Global?
The values that have remained constant are integrity, humility, commitment and people-first leadership. At Lohia Global, we strongly believe that businesses grow when people trust you — whether they are employees, customers, partners or stakeholders. Across generations, transparency, ethical growth and respect for people have remained non-negotiable. Whether it was the early days of manufacturing or our current ventures into high-growth sectors, we have always believed that business is ultimately about relationships, and maintaining that trust is a tradition we carry forward with pride.
