What inspired you to become a baker? Is this something that you always wanted to do?

All through my childhood, I have seen a bakery environment in my home. My father S. Satinder Singh used to bake and supply cakes in Srinagar and J&K region in the late ’80s and ’90s. He always had a dream of starting up a hygienic bakery outlet with high-quality products. Looking at him baking became my interest and his dream: my passion, and when you make your passion, your profession success is bound to be at your feet and I have learnt this from my father who is my inspiration and the man behind Baker’s Square.
