What inspired you to enter politics at such a young age?
Around the age when I was 11 years old, my father was unjustly imprisoned for 10 months for a crime he never committed. The support from those who rallied around him upon his release inspired me to enter this field.
How do you envision your role in shaping the future of Punjab?
I want to ensure that the youth of Punjab don’t feel compelled to go abroad and leave their parents behind. I want them to have enough opportunities here itself.
