What inspired you to enter politics at such a young age?

I’m driven by a vision of creating a better society through politics. With a genuine passion for serving others, I’ve been inspired by witnessing injustices and facing challenges within our communities. Growing up amidst political involvement of family members, I developed a curiosity for public policy and decision-making. Combining idealism, personal experiences, and a desire for change, I’m motivated to pursue a career in politics for public service.

How do you envision your role in shaping the future of Punjab?

Entering politics at a young age offers a unique chance to shape Punjab’s future. Young leaders bring fresh perspectives to tackle challenges like unemployment, education, healthcare, and drug abuse. Preserving Punjabi language, arts, and traditions while embracing modernity is crucial. Addressing environmental issues like water scarcity and deforestation is paramount. Advocating for transparency and efficiency in governance helps combat corruption and improve public services. Promoting peace and reconciliation among communities is vital in Punjab’s complex social and political landscape, fostering unity and inclusivity.
