Khosla Farmhouse in Sultanpur, New Delhi, is a 2.5-acre retreat where Saba Kapoor lives with her family. This farmhouse, renovated from a 30-year-old bungalow, is a blend of rustic charm and elegance, reflecting Saba’s style. It combines classical and modern elements, featuring Indian craftsmanship with earthy materials like wood and brass, creating a cosy, warm aesthetic. Solar panels provide electricity, and abundant natural light fills the home. Artefacts made from recycled materials add an eco-friendly touch.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by indigenous green marble flooring and lush greenery in the verandah, leading to a Neoclassical foyer with intricate moldings and a chic sitting area. The living room embodies an old-world charm, with a double door entry and unique artwork. Inspired by Saba’s travels, the bar, named “Serengeti,” showcases intricate metalwork reflecting African wildlife.
