Q. Tell us more about your journey and how it all began?
My journey began about 10 years ago. I started as a real estate broker, learning the ropes of the industry and gaining valuable insights. Over time, I built my own real estate development company, driven by the desire to provide affordable housing to people in Haryana. I’ve always believed in hard work, and coming from a modest background in Ambala, my vision was shaped early on by my experiences and values instilled by my parents.
Q. What inspired you to focus on affordable housing?
Growing up, I saw how difficult it was for people from modest means to own a home. That stayed with me. I believe everyone deserves a dignified place to live, regardless of their income. My mission has always been to create housing solutions that are both affordable and of high quality, with modern amenities and sustainable designs.
Q. Could you share details about your current projects?
We are currently working on two major projects in Haryana. The first is Project Greenview, a residential complex offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments with modern amenities tailored to the needs of the local community. The second is Project Downtown, a mixed-use development that combines both commercial and residential spaces. These projects reflect my commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the region.
Q. Tell us about your collaboration with investors?
I’ve been fortunate to attract investors who share my vision for affordable housing. One of my key collaborators is Sanjeev Juneja, who has been instrumental in helping us expand operations and bring high-quality projects to life. These partnerships allow us to deliver projects that meet both community needs and industry standards.
Q. What would you say are your core strengths as a developer?
I believe our strengths lie in a few key areas. First, my deep understanding of Ambala’s real estate market allows me to tailor projects to local needs. Second, we focus on innovative designs that incorporate modern architecture and sustainability. Third, we prioritize a customer-centric approach, ensuring smooth transactions and strong post-sales support. Finally, our strategic partnerships with investors and experts help us maintain the viability and quality of our projects.
