Born in Calcutta, brought up in Chandigarh, Pavit Gujral childhood has been very interesting (artistically) as her had exposure to two very different cultures while growing up.
Calcutta is all about art, history & chaos whereas Chandigarh is a relatively modern and well planned city. “I graduated from Vivek High School in Chandigarh and went on to do my Bachelors in Economics in the UK. Coming from a business family, I was always very clear about starting my own business, infact even build my own business empire one day! After woking as the Digital Marketing Manager for 2 years I went on to pursue my certification in Gemology & Jewelry Designing at the Gemological Institute of America, New York. I established my brand “Meraki Designs by Pavit Gujral” in 2016 with the aim of becoming a ‘Pop Star’ of the Fine Jewelry & Gems Industry by creating high-end, bespoke, trendsetting jewellery pieces of the highest quality”.
