Q. Tell us about your organization, Nirwana Group. What sets your brand apart from the rest in the industry?

Nirwana Group comprises both residential and commercial projects. Our latest development, Nirwana Heights, stands out as the only project in the vicinity featuring a Skywalk, Skygarden, and Skyvilla. We also have our commercial project, Nirwana Square One, housing KFC, Starbucks, Anytime Fitness, Cinepolis, BTW, Sagar Ratna, and other renowned international brands. Our unique architectural themes truly differentiate us from others.

Q. What inspired you to venture into both the real estate and hospitality industries?

My passion for real estate and hospitality stems from a desire to create meaningful spaces and experiences. In real estate, I enjoy transforming properties to enhance communities. In hospitality, we have delivered Kharar’s most luxurious commercial plaza, Nirwana Square One. Both fields allow me to blend creativity with strategy, driving my ambition to innovate and elevate industry standards.

Q. How does Vision India Group integrate sustainability into its real estate projects?

Vision India integrates sustainability by focusing on eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, and creating lush green areas in every project. Sustainability is a core principle of our development approach.
