Presenting Mr. Shubham Khadwalia share his experience as the Executive Vice President of Indo Farm

Hailing his roots from the City Beautiful, Mr. Shubham Khadwalia always had a penchant for contributing his bit to the agriculture sector. So, after completing his BSc from Lancaster University, and Masters in Strategic Business Management, Aston University, Birmingham, he joined Indo Farm and ever since then, there has been no turning back!
Walk us through your journey as a successful businessman?
I’ve served Indofarm for a short span of 3.5 years. In many ways, I am still branching out but it would be fair to say that, so far my journey has been all about learning and understanding this business multi-dimensionally.
What techniques and tools do you use in your business to keep it organized?
Recruiting a team that I can rely on has always been an objective of primary importance. Constant communication with a competent core team always helps in streamlining our agendas and To-do list for each day always comes in handy.
