What inspired you to dedicate your career to mental health and emotional well-being?

My journey wasn’t something I planned; it evolved through my own experiences. I became fascinated by how people navigate relationships, uncertainty, and personal transformation. What intrigued me most was that people rarely suffer from events alone—they suffer from the stories they create around them.

Two people can experience similar circumstances and emerge with entirely different lives. Understanding those differences became a lifelong interest. Through meditation, contemplative practices, coaching, and interactions with people from diverse backgrounds, I realized that emotional well-being sits at the foundation of everything we aspire to achieve. Success, creativity, leadership, and even physical health are deeply influenced by the quality of our inner world. That inspired me to create spaces where people can reconnect with their inner strength and peace.

What is the biggest emotional challenge people are facing today?

I don’t believe stress or anxiety are the greatest challenges. Human beings have always lived with uncertainty. The deeper challenge, in my view, is the loss of meaning.

Many people know how to make a living but are less certain about how to create a life. Despite living in an age of constant connectivity, many feel disconnected from themselves, meaningful relationships, and a sense of purpose.
