Q. What inspired you to build Skinhance?
Skinhance was born from my belief that aesthetic care should be about more than changing the way someone looks. As a doctor, I have always been drawn to the connection between skin health, confidence and overall well-being. I wanted a space where people could approach aesthetics with trust, informed choices and realistic expectations. Skinhance brings medical expertise and modern aesthetics together, with personalised care based on each individual’s features and goals. The most rewarding part is helping people feel confident in their own skin while ensuring every treatment remains thoughtful, safe and results-oriented.
Q. When did you first see yourself as an entrepreneur?
I began seeing myself as an entrepreneur when I realised that building a clinic was not simply about practising medicine; it was about creating a vision and bringing it to life. Establishing Skinhance taught me to think beyond the consultation room—about people, processes, innovation, team-building and the experience we create. Entrepreneurship has become a natural extension of being a doctor: taking responsibility, making decisions, continuously learning and having the courage to turn an idea into something meaningful.
Q. What was the biggest leap of faith in your journey?
The biggest leap of faith was choosing to build something of my own and trusting that my vision for Skinhance could become meaningful. Starting a business means stepping outside the certainty of what you know and taking responsibility for decisions without guaranteed outcomes. For me, the leap was financial, professional and personal. I had to trust my instincts, remain committed to my standards and accept challenges. It taught me that confidence is not having every answer; it is having the courage to begin, learn and keep moving forward.
