Growing up with both my father and grandfather in construction, I saw an opportunity to raise the bar through transparency, discipline, and long-term thinking. For me, real estate became a way to create lasting value, not just for today but for generations to follow.

As a woman, what was your biggest early challenge in this sector?
Credibility. Real estate has traditionally been male-dominated, and initially I had to prove that I understood numbers, land laws, negotiations, and market cycles as deeply as anyone else. Over time, consistency and results replaced hesitation with respect.
