Q. How do your roles complement each other?
As co-founders, Arif leads operations, warehousing, people, and culture, ensuring the team thrives and the business runs smoothly at scale. Ganesh, on the other hand, focuses on driving product innovation and marketing, keeping our offerings fresh, relevant, and well-positioned in the market. Together, this synergy allows us to balance strategy with execution, culture with creativity, and short-term wins with long-term vision.
