Luxury is in the details at Kasa by Holzer

From a humble 6,000 sq. Ft. Store to 50,000 sq. Ft. Across two locations, his 14-year journey reflects dedication, innovation, and a commitment to making luxury accessible, detailed, and truly bespoke. Varun Kaher, the visionary behind Kasa by Holzer, has changed the game in luxury furniture and home décor.

Q. What inspired you to start your brand?

We observed a huge gap in the luxury furniture and home décor industry. This gap lies in the waiting time. Most furniture stores are around 8,000 to 10,000 sq. Ft., displaying only limited products. Typically, they take selections from customers and then start production, resulting in delivery times of more than 4 to 5 months. So, if a client wants something ready to pick, they have very limited options and often end up making disinterested purchases. To address this, we created a one-stop solution with a 30,000 sq. Ft. Store displaying more than 3,600 unique products for selection. Moreover, we are open to customization. If a client wants to modify a product to meet their site requirements, we are always ready to do so.

Q. How has your journey been so far?

It’s been 14 wonderful years. We started with a small store of 6,000 sq. Ft. And a team of just 4 employees, including a security guard. But we were always a very focused and customer-obsessed company. We worked hard and wholeheartedly, successfully delivering more than 1,000 projects over the past 14 years. Today, we have 2 stores with a total display area of around 50,000 sq. Ft. And a team of 84 people, including the same security guard.

Q. What defines your design philosophy?

We are very open-minded when it comes to designing. We work with all furniture styles—modern, postmodern, classical, semi-classical, and any design our clients prefer. We love saying, “Yes, we can do it.”
