1. What inspired the Spanish vibe at El Spazia?
The skyline of Zirakpur has been mundane, monotonous, and orthodox in design. We wanted to bring our construction expertise forward and achieve a timeless, unique architectural style, which led us to adopt a Spanish theme. With arches, cornices, and interesting elevations, this design adds warmth and character to the building. El Spazia won the award for Best Architecture for Housing Project, Punjab, at the Global Architect and Builder Awards, 2021.

El Spazia stands out for several reasons, primarily its exceptional construction quality, which has become synonymous with the brand. Being from a civil engineering background, we have left no stone unturned in achieving the highest standards and meticulous planning. Furthermore, it is the only project in Zirakpur offering limited 3 BHK, 3+1 BHK, and duplex penthouses, adding to its uniqueness and elite appeal. Additionally, El Spazia is ready to move in and has received an Occupancy Certificate, a rarity in the region.
3. What milestones define El Spazia’s journey so far?
El Spazia became the first luxury group housing project on Airport Road to offer possession, with the first Occupancy Certificate. It has the highest rental rates in Zirakpur, attributed to our highly competent in-house maintenance team.
