He has been climbing the ladder of the hospitality industry with his hard work and dedication towards his job. Sundeep Nellore is now moving from Thailand to Dubai as Hotel Manager for Crowne Plaza, Deira, Dubai. His love for travel is the reason that he doesn’t hesitate in moving to different destinations for work. In conversation with Urban Melange, he talks about what he is looking forward to the most and his goals for the year 2023.
From Director of F&B to Director of Operations, and now Hotel Manager how has your journey been?
It has been an amazing journey for the last 5-6 years. Even the pandemic has taught me a lot on how I approach business. Lot of challenges over the last few years but also lots of success stories written at Rembrandt hotel & Suites Bangkok pre and post pandemic. Moving to Dubai now and with Crowne Plaza as a Hotel manager is what I am really looking forward to.
Moving from Thailand to Dubai, what are you looking forward to the most?
New people, new culture, food, Dubai being one of the most vibrant cities in the world is what I am really looking forward to. Joining Crowne Plaza Deira and IHG adds to the excitement. I have always loved travelling and working in different countries for the very same reason.
