Manohar Singh & Company was established back in 1956 by my late father Mr Manohar Singh. He migrated from Patiala to Chandigarh to develop colonies but unfortunately, the government norms weren’t in favour. It was in 2005 that private colonization was permitted, following which the law became functional in 2006. That’s when we could finally step in the market with our first project; a multi-storey project- ‘Multi-tech towers’ spread across 7 lakh sq ft area. It later became a massive hit and gave us the heads up to grow multifold thereon. Mannat Floors, The Crown, Venetian Spaces and Palm Residency were then shaped into reality.
