The boy who started his entrepreneurial journey at a mere age of twenty years with the knack for cooking & a dream to start something of his own is today revolutionizing the café & dessert culture in the north region of the country. Meet Mr. Shreshth Khanna, the man who is efficiently running various business ventures like Bon Gateau, Bons Food Factory, Bons Adda, and Bon Gateau Outdoor Catering. He completed his primary schooling at Dalhousie Public School and then moved to Chandigarh for his higher education from Vivek High School. To further hone his knowledge he pursued a Diploma in Patisserie from the International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi.
For his extraordinary commitment and perseverance towards the sector, Mr. Shreshth has been highly honored with various awards and recognitions like Young Entrepreneur Male Award from My FM and Outstanding Alumni Award by IICA.
